Extra Super P-Force – Sildenafil + Dapoxetine – 100mg + 100mg

It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). ED is a condition where a man cannot achieve or maintain an erection, while PE is characterised by ejaculation occurring sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration. The combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine in Extra Super P-Force helps to improve blood flow to the penis, which can help men with ED get and keep an erection, as well as helping men with PE delay ejaculation.

Extra Super P-Force should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to any of its ingredients, those with liver disease or severe kidney problems, people taking certain medications such as nitrates (used for heart conditions), alpha blockers (used for prostate problems), antiarrhythmics (medications used to treat heart rhythm disorders) or MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant). It should also not be taken by women or children.

Side effects from taking Extra Super P-Force may include headache, flushing of the face, nasal congestion, dizziness and indigestion. If any of these symptoms persist or become troublesome it is advised that you stop taking the medication and speak to your doctor.
