Depakene was prescribed to our child after a bad electroencephalogram. Seizure activity has really decreased, but the child has become too lethargic. Reactions are slowed down. And this is not just our experience with this drug. Of course, compared to the seizures it is a trifle, but it is necessary to take into account, because I was scared and wanted to cancel the medication. With time it decreased, but it didn’t go away. We took Depakene for three years. Now it’s been 1.5 years since the withdrawal and, thank God, the seizures have not come back.
