I’ve been using Benzac AC 5% Gel for about two months now (I’m 31) after years of battling acne as an adult – I’d say my skin is about 85% clearer. For me, it was almost an overnight change – the small cystic bumps started drying up a few days after I started using and were gone in a few weeks (along with the accompanying redness). I have pretty sensitive skin, but I haven’t had any problems with excessive dryness or flaking, as some reviewers mention – just make sure you don’t apply it too close to your eyes/brows, because that can cause burning!
