Asthma

Asthma medications are used to prevent asthma attacks and to control symptoms.

There are two types of asthma medications: quick-relief medicines and long-term control medicines. Quick-relief medicines are used to relieve symptoms during an asthma attack. Long-term control medicines are used to prevent attacks from happening in the first place.
