Arthritis medications are a type of medication that is used to help treat arthritis. There are many types of arthritis medications, and they come in  different forms. Some common types of arthritis medications include pain relievers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and biologic response modifiers.

Pain relievers are the most common type of arthritis medication. They work by helping to reduce inflammation and pain in the joints. Anti-inflammatory drugs also work by reducing inflammation, but they do so by blocking certain enzymes that contribute to inflammation. Biologic response modifiers are newer types of drugs that help to reduce inflammation by targeting specific parts of the immune system that contribute to joint damage
